Alta Langa Brut is entering our range only a few years ago. It is the sparkling wine of our land, it follows a rigid disciplinary which determines a very high quality standard. Our vines grow above 500slm and transmit freshness and good acidity to the wine The very low sugar residue enhances elegance and finesse, character and persistence.

- Grape variety85% Pinot nero e 15% Chardonnay
- Vinification and ageingGentle and delicate grape pressing, followed by static settling of the must obtained. Fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 16/17° C. In late spring the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, followed by maturing on its own lees for approximately 48 months.
